What you will get.

The hour

I go through your entire app, screen by screen, as a first-time user would. And you can ask me anything — bring your list, tell me exactly where you are stuck, and we work through it in the order that matters most for you.

How I think about it

While I am in your app I treat it as if it were mine. One question only: how do I get this thing to its next milestone? Everything that comes into my head goes down — and a lot comes into my head.

A document, sent to you

Not notes. Everything that came up, ordered and written out — usually four to five pages. What you are doing right at the moment, what you do next, and what you absolutely do not do right now.

My templates

How I do it, not theory: organic, accounts, niche, formats, paywall, onboarding, creators, and how I set all of it up. My actual way of working, handed over.

After the call

We already have the DMs open, so you just write me again. A creative you are unsure about, a number that moved the wrong way, a question that came up in week two. No extra cost.

Where you stand

Right idea, right moment. The category is getting flooded, but not in your language yet, which is exactly why the timing works in your favour right now and why moving fast matters more than getting it perfect.

The one downside is that this is a nice-to-have niche and not a pain niche, so there is no deep hurt to press on and your copy has to carry more weight than it would elsewhere.

Your retention will decide whether any of this compounds, and right now nothing in the product gives a user a reason to open it on day three.

What you are doing right at the moment

Set up accounts, endlessly. Warm them up for a few days, then post every single day without exception. Everything else in this document is built on top of this one thing, and skipping it is why most people stall at the same number for months.

Fix your App Store presence. New screenshots, the outcome instead of the app name on the first frame, and a preview video in decent quality. This is a two-day job that changes your install rate permanently.

Make onboarding and paywall perfect. The copy is what decides it, not the design. His own goal mirrored back at him on the paywall is the single strongest lever in the entire funnel, and it costs nothing but thinking.

Put the rating prompt inside the onboarding from the start. I missed this for far too long and it is the reason the number looks the way it does now.

All of this should be standing after a week. Not perfect, standing.

What you absolutely do not do right now

No creators. That comes later and we will get on another call when you are there, because doing it early costs money and teaches you nothing.

No ad budget until a video runs on its own without you pushing it. Paid traffic on a funnel that does not convert organically just burns cash faster.

Do not get stuck watching what everyone else is doing. Study and copy the formats, yes. Chase, no.

Yours will say something else — it is written for your app, your numbers and where you are right now.

Fit

Is this for you?

Worth it
  • $100 a month
  • $500 a month
  • $5,000 a month
  • $10,000 a month
  • App is live, but no content going out
  • Stuck at the same level for weeks or months
  • Not sure the idea is worth continuing
  • Nothing you do daily actually moves you closer
  • You really want the next milestone — $5k, $10k, $20k a month
Not worth it
  • $200k a month — you know as much as I do
  • You don't want it badly. The app is a side thing
  • You don't trust me. Then don't pay me for my opinion
  • No product yet
  • You want it built for you

The hour

What we go through.

  1. OnboardingThe psychology of it. Does it work as a funnel, does it ask emotional questions, does it hook the user, is it long enough, is it too short, is the copy wrong, is the design wrong.
  2. PaywallSame again: psychology, the offer, the design, price anchoring, and whether your price fits your niche instead of the number everyone else uses.
  3. Content and channelsWhat already works. Whether you actually understand how formats work in your niche, whether the ones you run are any good, how to find new ones, and whether your setup holds up.
  4. CreatorsIf you have them: how you handle them, what you pay, how the brief looks, how payouts are structured. If you don't: where I find them.
  5. AdsCreative setup, how to structure a test so it answers something, ABO against CBO, which budget, and when to scale.
  6. Your money-making activitiesThe short list that actually takes you to the next milestone, in order, from wherever you are now.

Want me around weekly instead? $1,000 a month, two calls a week and my number in between. A handful of people at a time. DM me on X →

Payment

How it works.

  1. Pick a time and leave your X handle. The booking form asks for it. The slot is held for you right away.
  2. I message you on X. A few questions about your app so I can prepare properly — and you ask me whatever you still want to know.
  3. We sort the payment there. $250 over PayPal, straight in the DMs.
  4. I confirm the call. You get the link and I show up prepared.

The call happens after payment. Nothing to sign, no invoice chase. If the payment doesn't come, the slot goes back.

Questions

Before you book.

How do I know this isn't just another guru call?

Because I don't sell a method. Everything I tell you comes from running one app, every day, with real money on it. If you want to see the number behind something I say, ask on the call and I'll pull it up.

Is one hour really enough?

Most people leave with five to ten things to do, not a hundred. And it isn't a generic list — it's exactly what you need to get to your next milestone, in the order to do it. It's not enough to rebuild your app with you, and I won't pretend otherwise.

My app is in a different category. Does that matter?

Not much. Onboarding, paywall, creators and ads work the same across consumer subscription apps. The category changes the copy and the hooks, not the system. If I think your case genuinely doesn't transfer, I'll tell you before you pay.

Do you take a cut or sell me something afterwards?

No. No revenue share, no upsell, no agency behind this. You pay for the hour, you get the hour and the follow-up.

Which languages can we do this in?

German and English. Say which one you want when you book.
